Monolith is built API-first
Every Monolith product ships with its own REST API, SDK, and webhook events. Developer access is rolling out during Beta — register your interest and we'll reach out as the program expands.
Product APIs
Each product exposes its own API. Authentication is handled by a shared identity layer — one set of credentials, consistent token format, same auth model across every product.
Monolith CRM
The CRM API covers customers, contacts, work orders, proposals, invoices, payments, scheduling, and industry-specific modules. Build integrations that read and write CRM records, trigger workflows, and sync customer data with your existing tools.
Webhook events (coming)
Monolith Connect
The Connect API exposes call records, transcripts, SMS threads, IVR configuration, and routing rules. Build integrations that react to inbound calls, export call data, sync contact history, or connect your own telephony tooling.
Webhook events (coming)
Monolith Docs
The Docs API covers document creation, template rendering, PDF generation, and collaboration state. Build integrations that generate documents from your own data, pull signed PDFs, or react to document lifecycle events.
Webhook events (coming)
SDKs
Per-product SDKs are in development for common server-side runtimes. Each SDK wraps the product API with typed request and response models, auth handling, and retry behaviour — so you spend time on your integration, not on HTTP plumbing.

We're evaluating whether a single combined SDK or per-product packages makes more sense for the integrations our Beta customers are building. If you have a preference, tell us on the Beta intake form.
Webhooks
Each product will emit signed webhook events for key lifecycle changes. Subscribe to the events that matter to your integration — a new work order, a completed call, a signed document — and react in your own system without polling.
Delivery model
Events are delivered over HTTPS with a signature you can verify. Each event carries a unique ID for idempotent processing. Failed deliveries are retried with exponential backoff.
Availability
Webhook subscriptions are in development and will be available to integration partners during Beta. Register your interest and describe what events you need — we'll prioritise based on what integrations our Beta customers are building.
Authentication
All product APIs share the same auth layer. Integration credentials are issued per product and scoped to the API surface you need. A token issued for the CRM API does not grant access to Connect or Docs. Credentials are rotatable without disrupting your integration.
