Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the Monolith Beta — access, pricing, data handling, security, and what to expect. Don't see your question? Email us.

What is the Monolith Beta?
The Monolith Beta is a limited-access program that lets select businesses use Monolith CRM, Connect, and Docs before general availability. Beta customers get early access to the full product, direct contact with the Monolith team, and a real say in how the product evolves. Access is expanded in waves based on fit, industry, and capacity.
How do I get Beta access?
Submit the intake form at monolith.cx/beta. Tell us about your business, what tools you use today, and which Monolith products interest you. We review submissions and reach out as we expand access. There is no waitlist position number — we prioritise based on industry fit and how well Monolith maps to your current workflow.
How much does Monolith cost during Beta?
Pricing is being finalised with Beta customers and is not yet public. We will communicate clearly before any billing begins — you will never be charged without advance notice. Beta participants get pricing input before we lock in GA rates.
Is there a long-term commitment required to join the Beta?
No. The Beta has no minimum commitment, no annual contract, and no cancellation fees. We want you to use the product because it genuinely solves a problem for your business, not because you are locked in.
What happens to my data when Beta ends?
Your data stays in your account. When Beta transitions to general availability, your account, settings, and data carry forward automatically. We will communicate the GA pricing and give you time to decide whether to continue before any subscription charge is applied.
Can I self-host Monolith?
No. Monolith is a fully managed SaaS product. We handle infrastructure, security, backups, and updates. There is no self-hosted or open-source version.
Which industries does Monolith support?
Monolith is designed to work across industries. The platform supports custom objects, custom fields, custom automations, and configurable workflows so it can be shaped to fit how your business actually operates. Our deepest out-of-the-box coverage is in field service, trades, and door-to-door sales — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, pest control, cleaning, general contracting, restoration, and more — but we are also open to building new modules purpose-built for industries we do not yet cover. If your business is in a different vertical, submit the intake form and tell us about your workflow. We will give you an honest answer, and if the fit is there, we want to build for it.
How does Moli use my business data?
Moli uses your business data — customer records, job history, communications — only within your own account to power AI features. Your data is not used to train shared models, is not shared with other tenants, and does not leave your tenant context. AI features are opt-in at the feature level.
How secure is Monolith?
Monolith uses Firebase Identity Platform for authentication, tenant-isolated data storage, and role-based access controls enforced at the API layer. Every customer tenant is strictly isolated — one tenant cannot access another's data by design. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification. For specific security questions, email us at support@monolith.cx.
Can I migrate data from my existing tools?
Yes. We support CSV import for core CRM data (accounts, contacts, locations) and can assist with more complex migrations from tools like ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro. During Beta, migrations are handled manually with help from the Monolith team. Automated migration tooling is planned for GA.
Does Monolith integrate with QuickBooks or other accounting software?
QuickBooks integration is on the roadmap. During Beta, invoicing and payment data lives inside Monolith. A two-way QuickBooks sync — pushing invoices and pulling payments — is planned before GA. If accounting integration is critical to your workflow, let us know in the Beta intake form.
What phone numbers can I use with Monolith Connect?
Monolith Connect supports porting your existing business numbers and provisioning new local, toll-free, and SMS-capable numbers. Number availability depends on the carrier and region. A2P 10DLC registration for SMS is included and managed by the platform.
